Welcome to another MLB DFS Game Theory for the 2021 season! This year we have a good amount of overlap between the NBA & MLB season, so lots of money to be made. This article will highlight my top plays at each position, and in the analysis portion of the article, we will highlight my top pitchers and stacks for the day.

Today is a smaller four game slate that starts a little earlier. Since there are only four games, this will be a little shorter of an article but I have two pitchers and two stacks I really like today. For pitchers, it is between Kyle Gibson and Tyler Mahle for me. Gibson gave up five runs and couldn’t get out of the first inning in his first game of the season, but since then, he has looked dominant. He has allowed just six earned runs across his last 41 innings, equating to a 1.32 ERA in that span. Mahle had one bad start but has had a pretty solid season. Prior to the blowup start vs the Cubs, he had a 1.40 ERA and a 36:11 K:BB over 25.2 innings. The Cubs rocked him and he now has a 3.23 ERA, but other than that, Mahle has had a great start to the season. He’s a safe play for cash games tonight.

TOP STACKS:

BAL/BOS– I love the game stack here. I absolutely love Mullins/Mancini/Mountcastle triple m stack for the O’s. On the Boston side I like Martinez, Bogaerts and Verdugo.

Reds– Castellanos, Winker, Senzel, Moustakas

Good luck!
