Bales’ Premium PrizePicks – NBA Player Props 2/21

Welcome to Bales’ Premium PrizePicks – NBA Player Props 2/21! Below I will discuss my NBA favorite plays for tonight’s slate!

Power Play

Andre Drummond has been enjoying an outstanding season. It’s clear he isn’t going to be featured in the same role for the Cleveland Cavaliers, though. Through 2 games in Cleveland, Drummond is averaging 16.5 points, 14.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.5 blocks, and 1.0 steal (39.9 fantasy points) in 25.0 minutes per game. Those two games were blowouts, so Drummond could find more minutes, but it’s clear he won’t be playing minutes in the mid- to high-30s like he did for the Detroit Pistons. Drummond gets an elite matchup against the Washington Wizards, who play at one of the fastest paces in the NBA. They also feature one of the worst defenses. Still, this total is far too high for a player in limited minutes.

Malik Beasley has been playing at a high level since joining the Minnesota Wolves. Through 3 games, he’s averaging 22.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 3.0 assists (34.2 fantasy points) in 32.7 minutes per game. Beasley posted 37+ fantasy points in 2 of those 3 games. He saw 25 shot attempts in his last game without Karl-Anthony Towns, and he’ll be in the same situation tonight. Beasley is a clear focal point of the offense, although he gets a tough matchup against the Boston Celtics tonight. He’ll see plenty of scoring opportunities in this game, and his total hasn’t adjusted to his new role with Minnesota.

Play 1 unit on Andre Drummond UNDER 47.5 fantasy points and Malik Beasley OVER 29.5 fantasy points to win 2.5 units (2.5x)
