Bobby’s NBA GPP Notes (11/21/18)

Going to be a quick article today.  Lots going on the day before Thanksgiving but to find my full thoughts on today’s slate check out our youtube page where myself and AP did a game by game breakdown.

Let’s get into my top GPP plays for this slate.   You can access my CORE GPP Plays by signing up for an NBA package at dfskarma.com!

AS NBA is a game where last-minute real-life changes are made before tipoff, always monitor breaking news up to last second!

The plays below in this daily article are low owned pivots and GPP plays.  This means that these players will be RELATIVELY low owned and ‘contrarian’ relative to the more highly owned, chalky plays of the night.

BALL IN!

Point Guard

Top GPP Play: Luka Doncic

Doncic should have some ownership tonight but with this being a 13 game slate the ownership should be spread out.  The Mavericks guards are banged up and Doncic is going to see well over 35 minutes tonight against a Nets team that should get exposed defensively and on the rebounding side of the ball.

Fade: Devin Booker

Booker is priced up a bit too high as a guy who really needs to contribute in peripherals to hit value which is something he’s not going to do.  8.7k is way too expensive on this type of slate to pay up for Booker.

Shooting Guard

Top GPP Play:  Donavan Mitchell

This is a major pace up game for the Jazz and recency bias is going to hurt his ownership.  Mitchell is the prolific scorer on this offense and is going to score over 25 real points tonight.  He’s a lock at this decreased ownership and one of my favorite shooting guard on the slate.

Fade: Tim Hardaway Jr.

People are going to chase his big game last night but Hardaway is literally going to need to score around 25 points to hit value.  This is just not a game I’m looking to target.

Small Forward

Top GPP Play:  Jimmy Butler

As I said on the podcast, Butler has not seen the type of usage or role he will as he becomes more involved in this offense.  At 7.1k this might be the cheapest we see him in a long time.

Fade: DeMar DeRozan

I’m completely fading this game. I know AP was checking out DeRozan’s decreased price point but I don’t see a reason to pay up in this game.  Just cross it off your list.

Power Forward

Top Plays:

  1. Domantas Sabonis
  2. Nikola Mirotic
  3. Dario Saric

Center

Top Plays:

  1. KAT
  2. Jusuf Nurkic
  3. Wendell Carter
