Thoughts:

Shorter 5 game slate today. I think that it is best to correlate game stacks to get to the top today. My two favorite games to attack are Cleveland/Atlanta and Knicks/Pacers.

Two of the best guards targets on the slate are Darius Garland and Malcolm Brogdan. Brogdan benefits from the absence of TJ Warren. Darius Garland is playing big minutes for the Cavs this season, he looks like one of our young breakout players early in the season. It’s awesome that they are in the same game and correlated nicely.

My favorite GPP target is Fred VanVleet. I am normally not a big FVV fan but in this matchup and his attractive price tag, he is someone I want to invest in. LaMelo Ball will turn into one of the best plays on the slate if he is inserted into the starting lineup today. If Ball has secure minutes he has been producing at an extremely high level.

Back to the well with Zion Williamson with me again today. He got into foul trouble and had his minutes reduced in their last contest. I think his ownership will be depressed since he let so many people down last time out. Domantas Sabonis can be added to the Knicks/Pacers game stacks. The Pacers are running their offense through Sabonis this season and he is an elite cash/tournament play today. Brandon Ingram can be played as leverage off of Zion Williamson ownership, or in-game stacks.

Center has three really stand out plays today. Andre Drummond, Mitchell Robinson, and Clint Capela. Drummond’s fantasy role is insane this year, he ran into foul trouble last time out and still got there. Until Drummond is a 10k player, we want to continue to invest in him. Robinson is an elite point/minute producer, there is always a worry with foul trouble when playing him. Robinson has a wide range of minutes outcomes but we have seen the potential for him to play mid-high 30’s minutes. Capela will need to play minutes today to try and slow down Drummond, the Hawks really can’t play their Collins at C lineups when Drummond is on the floor.
