College Football DFS DraftKings Plays for Week 10

Top-Tier

Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State ($9,800)

49 for 73 passing totaling his 3rd 400+ yards game; Let’s let that sink in a bit. Ohio State had a hard-fought game last time out but came out with a loss despite their best effort from Haskins. Looking at his game logs we can see that the game plan is to let him air it out as he has 4 straight games with over 35 passing attempts with several TD (14). Ohio State gets a Nebraska team that has been torched by receivers giving up big games to them week in and out so I’ll definitely be looking to stack Haskins with one of his top receivers such as KJ Hill or Parris Campbell.  Haskins is the most expensive player on the slate and rightfully so after setting school records for most completions, passing attempts and passing yards, but someone I’ll look to early and often when building cash lineups due to his safe floor.

Greg Dortch, WR, Wake Forest ($7,900)

Dortch is a proven receiver and the number one option on this Wake Forest team with several double digits dkp scores. Dortch may not get into the end zone often, but he makes up for that with his receptions and yardage. This game is expected to be a shoot-out due to the weak defense of both teams, Syracuse is giving up over 260 yards in the air which should benefit the number one option for Wake who just make find the end zone again this week after being held without a td for 3 games.

Mid-Tier

Eric Dungey, QB, Syracuse ($8,400)

After being benched in week 8 for Tommy DeVito Dungey bounced back for a breakout game last week for 40.6dk in a 411 yards 3td performance in the air and rushed for a score. After reclaiming his starting spot Dungey gets a juicy match up with Wake Forest in one of the highest over under on the slate. Wake forest is giving up over 230 yards rushing a game and that is a plus when we have a QB who has double digit rush attempts for most of the season and a 5-game streak of a rushing TD. Not only can we attack Wake with Dungey on the ground but also through the air as Wake is also giving it up to the pass with over 280 yards allowed. This is a dreamy matchup for Dungey and one I love him in for such a cheap price.

Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson ($6,200)

Higgins gets a nice match-up this week against Louisville where he’ll look to expand his TD scoring streak to 4 after coming off of a 2 TD scoring performance last time out. Higgins is the leading receiver for the tigers with over 32 receptions and 6 td on the season. You can attack LOU with the run game of the Tigers with Etienne who is also in a plus spot since LOU is giving up over 250 yards to the run, but in gpp and possibly cash I’ll have some Higgins for his upside as Clemson looks to go 9-0.

Low-Tier

Rico Dowdle/Ty’Son Williams, RB, South Carolina ($5,700/$4,200)

Both these backs for South Carolina split time at RB but they are in a plus match up with a Ole Miss team who is giving up over 200 yards on the ground. Dowdle is the better back of the two as he is averaging 5.1 yards a carry, but Williams is the listed starter. Dowle went down last week with an arm injury but came back in the 2nd half to finish out the game. Be sure to check any news to be sure he still is not hampered by it.
