Justin Herbert OVER 19.5 Fantasy Points:

Justin Herbert has been great this year since taking over for Tyrod Taylor week 2. He is QB4 since he has been starting. Herbert is averaging 308.4 passing yards, with a 67.4% completion rate, and 25 rushing yards per game. Over that 5 game stretch, he has 12 passing touchdowns and 3 interceptions adding in 2 rushing touchdowns. 10 of those 12 passing touchdowns have occurred over the last 3 games, so it appears Herbert is finally hitting his stride. He also gets another healthy game from Allen, who is off the injury report this week. This has been Herbert’s favorite target, giving him double digit targets every week he has been healthy. This year the Broncos have been great defensively through the air, but there is way too much noise in those stats. They really haven’t faced a good QB, that was 100% committed to passing the ball. Last week, they played the Chiefs and Mahomes only threw for 200 yards, but that was mainly due to weather and two DST touchdowns. They have played the Patriots, Jets, Bucs, Steelers, and Titans; all teams that will happily run the ball.

Russell Wilson OVER 23.5 Fantasy Points:

Russell Wilson will most likely be without all three of his top running backs this week. Carson and Homer are both Questionable, while Hyde is doubtful. None of these guys practiced all week, which is a good indicator if the guy is playing or not. The Seahawks get a banged up 49ers defense, that will be without Bosa, Thomas, and Sherman again this week. Even though the 49ers defense has played great in the absence; top 5 in pressure%, top 10 in QB knockdowns%, and top 3 in hurry%. Even if they are able to get pressure on Russ, this will just lead to Russ looking to scramble, which is amazing for QB fantasy points. 10 rushing yards equates to 25 passing yards. So, if he is able to scramble for 50 yards, that equates to 125 passing yards, making the prop even easier to go over on. This game has the highest total on the slate with 54 points. This should lead to a total of 7 or 8 touchdowns in the game. Three or four of your touchdowns will be from Russ passing or rushing. To reach 23.5 fantasy points, without rushing yards, would be 362.5 passing yards and 3 touchdowns, but that is why rushing upside is so important. Wilson is projected for 30 rushing yards, which knocks down the passing needed to 287.5 yards and 3 touchdowns. In this matchup, that is extremely attainable.
