Chris’ NHL Cash Breakdown 10/14/2019

What’s up Karma Nation!

Today we have a nice 7 game slate that locks at 1 pm today. I am here to breakdown my top cash plays along with my favorite stacks of the night. Let’s get this W!

Centers

Connor McDavid- Mcjesus is a clear lock for me on DK today. The best hockey player in the world is playing as such. I just don’t see a reason to fade him today.

Tyler Seguin-  The Stars have always played the Sabres well. Seguin is a high volume shooter. The Stars haven’t looked that great to start the season, I expect that to change today.

Jack Eichel– Jack isn’t a lock by any means, The Sabres have looked good, but it’s been more the 3rd and 4th line scoring as of late. I think Jack can’t hit value today with his shot volume.

Jack Hughes-  DK only play, a decent punt play. The Devils have looked awful so far, I think they try and get Jack going today. I like this punt play on DK.

Patrice Bergeron– Just like the other day, Boston 1 is in play. I love this in GPPS tonight. I think they have a chance to go off against the Ducks. This is more GPP today.

Wingers

Leon Draisaitl– I think we have to decide is it Leon or McDavid today? or even both in cash? The hottest winger in hockey is firmly in play today. I will be personally playing McDavid but I love the mini stack in cash and gpps.

OVI- One of my favorite games on the slate, Ovi is in a prime spot today. I expect this game to be up tempo and high scoring. High volume shooter in a game that could end 5-4, yes please!

Mike Hoffman– Hoffman is off to a great start, I think he can keep that up today. Hoffman runs the Panthers top power play and is there main option on it. He’s close to a lock for me.

David Pastrnak– High volume shooter vs a Ducks team that hasn’t looked that great. Like I said I love this line in GPPS.

Andre Burakovsky– Revenge game for this guy tonight in a high paced game. Andre has looked good in a AVS jeresy so far. Decent punt play, playing more minutes now as well.

Dominik Kubalik–  His price remains nice, is a high volume shooter for a cheap price. I think we need one Hawks guy today, and its Kubalik for me on DK.

Other guys I like

Alex Radulov- In a slump, high volume shooter, top line top power play.

Jason Zucker (DK only)

Tom Wilson ( GPP only)

Defensemen

Matt Dumba–  Lock for me on FD today, way under priced. Matt is an aggressive shooter and is due to get out of this slump. I think that happens today.

Jonas Brodin-  My DK lock on D is Brodin. He has one of the highest icorsi ratings on the team. I love the price for this guy today. Seems like a easy lock and play move to me.

Oscar Klefbom- Another way to get exposure to the Oilers top line. Oscar also skates on the top power play. The Hawks haven’t looked great killing penalties this season.

Ryan Suter-  Still under priced on DK, he’s looked amazing and is skating on the teams top power play. Suter is getting the most minutes of any Wild D-men.

Ryan Pullock– Seems to always be chalky on FD due to his price, I don’t mind the play today. Getting time on the power play and isn’t afraid to shot the puck.

Goalies

Jaroslav Halak– Safest goalie on the slate. Facing the Ducks at home, he should in line for the win. I think the shot volume will be there as well.

Ben Bishop–  GPP or DK cash only, the shot volume will be there for sure. He seems to always play Buffalo well. Will go under owned today.

Alex Stalock-  Should get the start vs a bad Sens team. He’s priced just right on both sites. I am leaning going him on DK today.

Stacks

Boston 1 –Marchand, Pastrnak and Bergeron

Oilers 1– McDavid, Draisaitl and Kassian ( add on Klefbom)

Hawks- Toews, Kane and Debrincat (add on Keith)

Capitals 1- Backstrom, Ovi and Wilson (add on Carlson)

Panthers 1 – Barkov, Huberdeau and Hoffman

Low owned

Sabres 3– Larsson, Girgensons and Okposo
