I wrote under to play the under on Josh Bell yesterday, but he didn’t play. I’m going back to the well tonight. Bell owns strong numbers over his last 10 games, posting a .311 average with a .556 slugging percentage and a .910 OPS over that span. He has also posted seven extra-base hits (two home runs) and six RBIs in those games. With that being said, he has scored 9+ fantasy points in only two of his last nine games. He could also regression soon, as he has recorded 38% hard hit and 52% ground ball rates with a 91 MPH exit velocity over the last 15 days. Bell gets a matchup against Kevin Gausman, who has seen plenty of ups and downs this season, but owns respectable numbers outside of a few starts. Bell should continue to find the under in this game.

Max Kepler has been playing well recently, posting a .310 average with a .667 slugging percentage and a 1.014 OPS over his last 10 games. He also owns 9 extra-base hits (3 home runs), 11 RBIs, and 1 steal in those games. Kepler’s numbers are less than elite over his last four games, though, as he has failed to reach eight fantasy points in any of those games. Still, Kepler boasts 41% hard hit and 44% fly ball rates with a 92 MPH exit velocity over the last 15 days. This is expected to be a bullpen game with Tyler Clippard starting, and Kepler owns 0.065 wOBA and 0.114 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching. He’s leading off for the Minnesota Twins, and this total is entirely too low for how well Kepler has been playing.

Play $25 on Josh Bell UNDER 8.5 fantasy points and Max Kepler OVER 7.5 fantasy points to win $62.5 (2.5x)
