MLB DFS 4/15/22 – FanDuel Value Plays

Welcome to our MLB DFS Optimizer Overview, DraftKings and FanDuel picks for 4/15/22! In this article, I’ll break down the top overall value plays for today’s main slate according to our Saber Sim Optimizer. Last year was an extremely big year for the Karma team in MLB, and we are looking to continue that success in 2022. I will be providing Core Plays for every main slate this season — you can gain access to that as well as our premium discord here. You can also try out the Core Plays package with a $5 daily pass. Let’s get to the play

Value Pitcher

Mackenzie Gore- Been waiting to see him pitch in the majors. He had a great spring training. Pops up on the optimizer as the highest value as well. Def worth a GPP play.

C/1B

Trey Mancini.- He’s had a quiet start to the season. But his BvP against Montgomery. And at $2600 on FD, you can go here to free up some salary.

Max Muncy- Once again attacking Cincy and their bullpen. One of the higer value plays based on the optimizer as well.

Mitch Garver- Like this play a lot. So does our optimizer. Vs righties Garver was always a solid play.

Kyle Higashioka- Always a homerun or 2 threat. Always over looked since he is batting 9th.

2B

Andy Ibanez- Pops up as the top player for value on our optimizer. Texas I think will be a sneaky gpp stack.

Nick Solax- Another Rangers player that pops on the optimizer for a great player to hit value.

Kolten Wong- Facing his old team. But batting lead off. Brewers bats are struggling, but for his price and leading off, worth a gpp shot.

Sheldon Neuse- Oak bats are in play. He has pretty good numbers vs righties as well.

Jake Cronenworth- Cronezone. Love this play and against a struggling Braves pitching staff. Def worth a shot.

3B

Josh Donaldson- Another player who is ranked pretty high in hitting value. Leading off and is always a hr threat.

Bobby Witt Jr- Not high on him today. But another top play for value.

Ramon Urias- His numbers vs Montgomery are not terrible. Almost min price on FD so if he gets a couple base hits. He will definitely hit value.

SS

Cj Abrams- Finally got a home run last night. And right back to attacking the Braves pitching staff. Close to min price so if his bat stays hot. He will be one of the better value plays.

Jeremy Pena- He has been pretty solid since the start of the season. I like him here for a late night play for a gpp.

Willy Adames- Another Brewers bat I like tonight. Well I like him every night. He can hit the ball vs lefties or righties. The upside is there

Marcus Semien- I know I mainly focus on the value plays, but I cannot ignore him and popping on the optimizer as the top play.

OF

Joey Gallo- Always a hr threat. Great matchup and the wind is blowing out.

Adolis Garcia- Another guy who can hit well. Hitting in the 4 spot. Should be able to hit value against Detmers and the Angels bullpen

Trent Grisham- I’ve always been a fan of him since his Brewers days. Like his price for leading off. His bat needs to wake up and I am hoping it happens tonight.
