MLB DFS 4/20/22 – Top Stacks for DraftKings & FanDuel

Welcome to our MLB DFS Top Stacks for 4/19/22! In this article, I’ll break down by top overall stacks for today’s main slate. Last year was an extremely big year for the Karma team in MLB, and we are looking to continue that success in 2022. I will be providing Core Plays for every main slate this season — you can gain access to the Core Plays as well as our premium discord here. You can also try out the Core Plays package with a $5 daily pass. Let’s get to the stacks…

Minnesota Twins

The Twins get a positive matchup against a not-so-great pitcher in Daniel Lynch. Lynch’s last start did not go so great, he gave up 9 hits in which the opposing team turned in 6 runs. Lynch isn’t a terrible pitcher by any means, but he does give up a lot of fly balls, and going against a Twins lineup that has some serious home run ability, he could find himself in some trouble. Right handed hitters are who I would target in this game considering Lynch struggles severely against them. Giving up an OBP of .402, and a AVG of .321 to right-handed hitters compared to an OBP of .294, and a average of .143.

Toronto Blue Jays

Toronto is my favorite stack of the night, Nick Pivetta has had an awful start to the year. He has pitched a total of 7.2 innings giving up 8 total runs. The Toronto lineup is loaded with right-handed hitters, even though Pivetta pitches well to right-handed hitters he is a hard ball pitcher, I love for several Toronto bats to go yard tonight.

Tampa Bay Rays

Marcus Stroman gets the nod tonight for the Cubs and he has had some struggles against the home run ball to start the year to right-handed batters. Going against a Rays lineup that has plenty of right-handed power throughout the whole lineup he could get hit hard off of tonight. Stroman is also finding himself getting into log at-bats and giving up walks against right-handed hitters. Going to call the prediction right here, right now… Yandy Diaz goes yard tonight.
