MLB DFS 4/22/22 – Top Stacks For Draftkings/Fanduel

Welcome to our MLB DFS Top Stacks for 4/17/22! In this article, I’ll break down by top overall stacks for today’s main slate. We got a big 13 game slate today and there are a TON of great ways to go. It is a slate very little value in pitching so hitting the right stacks should be pivotal today. I will be providing Core Plays for every main slate this season — you can gain access to the Core Plays as well as our premium discord here. You can also try out the Core Plays package with a $5 day pass. Let’s get to the stacks…

San Fransisco Giants

Patrick Corbin is now nothing like the one from 2018. Th Giants have been hitting left handed pretty well this year and should continue to do so tonight. A couple guys in particular are far too cheap. Darin Ruf and Austin Slate are under $2500 (DK) and have been playing much better than what the price for them is. They’re hitting clean up and 1st tonight and we should expect big things from them. This whole lineup is in play if we are being honest. I also think guys like Brandon Crawford and Mike Yastremski should go a little lower owned than the above mentioned and are excellent choices to pair in this stack. I will also add that weather should be in the 70’s for this game which should give the bats even more opportunity. Don’t expect this stack to be sneaky but it is one of the preferred stacks.

Los Angeles Angels

They get a solid matchup against Bruce Zimmerman and co. This pitching core is one of the worst in the league and has really yet to be exposed. Maybe because of offenses not connecting or whatever the reason may be, but the Angels have some solid players tonight and that doesn’t even include Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani. Anthony Rendon and Taylo Ward have seen some succes this year already against lefties and this matchup couldn’t be more ideal as it is tonight. They also come in to the day with the highest implied team total for runs at 5.5 and the wind is blowing OUT about 13mph. Other than his fastball (39.7%) Bruce’s next highest thrown pitch is a changeup at 34%. The rest are under 10% and he can be predictable at times which only helps LAA case.

Texas Rangers

This is my sneaky stack for today. For the most part, they’re going under owned and are in a great spot against Adam Oller and the A’s. Adolis Garcia is projected to hit 6th and has a hard hit rate of 50% so far this year. Not to mention the obvious heavy hitters like Marcus Semien, Corey Seager and Mitch Garver who all hit the ball well and have plenty of upside to go yard. A five man stack has big upside here with discounted ownership and could very well be a way to a takedown. I will also note that The A’s bullpen is nothing to be scared of either, so even if Oller gets pulled early they should still see plenty of opportunities to smack the ball. Brad Miller is leading off and is also a solid choice here, but he is projecting for ownership in the mid teens as of right now so just keep an eye on that.

BONUS: For what it’s worth, The Dodgers are in a great spot tonight and could go a little overlooked and make for a perfect one off or a sneaky stack.

LETS GO KARMA NATION, SOMEBODY IS GOING TO TAKEDOWN TONIGHT. Don’t forget about our Owners Box contest that is a free entry with an account and KARMA as a promo code gets you a free entry to win FREE MONEY and tons of other prizes for tonight’s slate only!
