Top Value Plays

Quarterbacks

Spencer Sanders (OK State):  DK 6600  FD 9100

Oklahoma State will be facing a poor Texas defense this week; a matchup that Spencer Sanders should be able to take advantage of.  He looked like his old self last week, showing that he wasn’t afraid to use his legs when needed.  He has a good connection with Tylan Wallace and I expect them two to hook up early and often this week.

Joey Gatewood (Aubrun):  DK 4700  FD 6800

This play should be reserved for large field tournaments only.  Gatewood will be facing one of the best defenses in the country this weekend in Georgia.  Gatewood is going to start for Kentucky this weekend with Wilson injured.  He is priced extremely low on both sites, especially on DK.  If you are needing a salary saver, look his way.  Gatewood is a dual threat guy, so he is always capable to run one in on goal line plays.

Running Backs

Velton Gardner (Kansas):  DK 4,480

Gardner got his opportunity to lead the backfield vs. Kansas State.  He actually didn’t have a terrible game.  Gardner ran for 72 yards and caught 3 balls.  He is going to get plenty of opportunities, unfortunately he plays on one of the worst offenses in college football.  He faces a tough Iowa State team this week.  Again, a salary saver here, with an opportunity for a big day if Kansas learns how to play football.

Snoop Conner (Ole Miss):  DK 4300

I love Ole Miss this weekend vs. a very poor Vandy team.  Snoop has seen his usage in this offense pickup in recent weeks, and he has impressed when he is on the field.  He is priced far to low for the role he plays in this offense.  I think he will get anywhere from 10-15 carries and a few targets in the passing game as well.  That is more than enough opportunities for Conner to take one to the house.

Others: Keyon Henry-Brooks (Vandy)

Wide Receivers

Anthony Schwartz (Aub):  DK 4900  FD 7400

Last week it was his teammate Williams who was priced too low, this week it is Schwartz that is mispriced.  This game could be more of a shootout than some think, and we have seen that Bo Nix trust Schwartz and looks for him often.  I think he is a better play on DK than on FD, however I do think he is a nice option to pick you up 7-8 receptions for close to 100 yards this weekend.

Theo Wease (Oklahoma):  FD 6600

Hearing the news that Rambo may miss this game due to Covid Protocols, really spikes my interest in Wease this week.  We have already seen that Wease’s role is growing in this offense, and now that Rambo may miss, I expect his role to grow even further.  For the price he is at, he is a phenomenal play on FD.  Rattler has shown a good connection with Wease in recent weeks.  This matchup should be a shootout between two teams that play zero defense, which should afford Wease plenty of opportunities to make plays.

Others: Stogner (Oklahoma); Ty Fryfogle (IND); Alec Pierce (CINCY); T. Washington (MEM)
