Top Plays

Quarterbacks:

Dorian Thompson-Robinson:  DK 7,900

One of the best games on the slate, and one I will want exposure too.  I feel that both DTR and Charbonnet are too cheap in this matchup.  DTR has shown a very high ceiling through his ability to both run and throw the ball.  DTR has been very efficient this year, throwing for 15 TD’s and only 2 interceptions.  He has also completed nearly 75% of his passes.  Sign me up for some DTR this week.

Quinn Ewers (TEX): DK 6,400

DK continues to price Ewers too low.  He gets a really strong matchup vs a Oklahoma State defense/secondary that has been absolutely awful this year.  On the year OK state is allowing 300 yards passing per game.  They have been torched by opposing QB’s, and that should be no different this week.  The whole Texas stack is too cheap in this spot and should carry some pretty big ownership.

Running Backs:

Bijan Robinson (TEX): DK 9,400

Robinson has arguably been one of the best RB’s in the country.  He had a tough matchup last week vs a stingy Iowa State defense.  However, he was still able to run for over 100 yards.  He did not find the endzone last week, but I expect him to find it multiple times this week.  He is a weapon for this Texas offense in the passing game, especially the screen game.   Look for him to go for 100+ on the ground once again this week, and I am calling 2 rush TD’s and a receiving TD.  Big game for Robinson.  If you have the salary get him in your lineup.

Xazavian Valladay (ASU):  DK 6,600

Stanford may be one of, if not the worst, rush defenses in the league.  Valladay gets a dream matchup, and one that should lead to some pretty big totals.  He has ran for 100+ yards in 4 of his 6 games this year, and I fully expect him to make it 5 out of 7 after this week.  He has averaged around 16 carries per games, but in a matchup like this, I could see ASU just feeding Valladay until Stanford proves they can stop him.  Love him at his price tag this week.

Others to consider:  C. Filkins (STAN); Z. Charbonnet (UCLA); W. Shipley (CLEM); Q. Judkins (Miss)

Wide Receivers:

Zay Flowers (BC): DK 5,900

Flowers has had a very good season so far, averaging 7 receptions and 93 yards per game.  He is clearly the top weapon on this Boston College offense.   BC should be in trailing game script, which will mean Flowers will be peppered with targets all game. Flowers is a cash game lock for me this weekend.  You can make a few pivots in GPP’s to get away from that ownership, or you can just get different in other parts of your lineup.

Others to consider:  X. Worthy (TEX), R. Rice (SMU); T. Scott (Cincy); J. Smith-Njigba (OSU)
