College Football DFS DraftKings Plays for Week 7

Top Tier

Darrell Henderson, RB, Memphis ($9,500)

Henderson is leading the Nation in rushing yards and close to leading in TD as well at the running back position. What’s so special about Henderson is that he does not need many attempts to pill up the yards. The Tigers will be taking on UCF this weekend in what is expected to be the highest game total on the slate with a tight spread. This may be a tough run D only giving up 120 yards on the ground, but a stud workhorse like Henderson who is so involved in this run first offense will be used non the less.

Taylor Cornelius, QB, Oklahoma State ($8,300)

Taylor Cornelius has been on a roll the past two outings with back to back games of 4 TD and is in the 2nd highest over under on the slate. This week he gets a good matchup with Kansas state who you can attack both in the air and on the ground. Taylor is not afraid to tuck it and run as he is a duel threat QB who rushed for his 3rd rushing TD last week to go along with 46 yards on the ground. Taylor offers some salary relief from the bigger names like Milton or McSorley and lets you pay up in other areas.

Mid- tier

Landon Wolf, WR, Oklahoma State ($5,300)

It looks like Landon Wolf is here to stay as he had another great outing last week with 6 receptions for 63 yards and 1 td. Over the past two games Wolf has seen an uptick in targets due to OKST having to pass to stay in games which bodies well for his production. Wolf now 3rd on the team in receptions (16) and makes for a nice cheap stack with Cornelius.

Denzel Mims, WR, Baylor  ($5,700)

Mims has been sensational since coming back from a hamstring injury that plagued him three games ago hauling in 19 receptions for 204 yards and 2 TD. Mims looks to be one of the top receivers in this offense and has been targeted early and often to start games. The matchup with Texas I see being more of a shoot-out since Texas is decent against the run and Baylor has struggled to get anything going on the ground to start the season resulting in more passing plays which bodies well for Baylor receivers.

Low Tier

Michael Colubiale, WR, UCF ($4,200)

On DK there are 2 Colubiale so be sure you are looking at the right one. Colubiale my not be the sexiest name on this Golden Knights roaster but he is a big bodied TE being targeted not only down the field but in the red zone. This game against Memphis is set to be a shoot-out according to Vegas giving all the receivers in this game a boost. Make no mistake Colubiale is a Gpp play here who will allow you to fit other high studs into your line-ups.

Tony Pollard, RB, Memphis ($3,300)

Pollard is the back up to stud running back Henderson and is priced as such. The great thing about Pollard is his activity in this offense to be used in the passing game and his efficiency with what little rushing attempts he gets. Over the last 4 games Pollard has double digit Dkp of no less than 10.4 and a high of 15.4. He is a duel threat RB who we don’t need much from to deliver value and allows us to pay up for some high tier players.
