QUARTERBACKS:

Trey Lance- $6,600 vs. Seattle:

There is panic in the streets regarding Trey Lance in fantasy football circles. Trey Lance looked abysmal in the opener at Chicago–the game was in a monsoon. I am throwing much of this game in the trash can. Buy in on the upside at an all-time low cost.

Matt Ryan- $6,600 at Jacksonville:

The Colts’ offense was neutral for most of the game this past week against Houston. The Colts and Matt Ryan find a cushy landing against Jacksonville. Matt Ryan has a bounce-back performance against the Jaguars in Week Two.

RUNNING BACKS:

Kareem Hunt- $5,400 vs. NY Jets:

Kareem Hunt was explosive in his touches this past weekend. Hunt has carved out a role moving forward.

Darrell Henderson- $5,200 vs. Atlanta:

Cam Akers looked rough on Thursday Night. Darrell Henderson is the Rams’ starting running back until otherwise notified.

Jamaal Williams- $4,700 vs. Washington:

As electric as D’Andre Swift was on Sunday, the Lions continue to deploy both Swift and Williams in a committee. Jamaal Williams continues to work as the goal-line back. Williams is more valuable in fantasy football than fantasy managers want to give him credit.

Jeff Wilson- $4,600 vs. Seattle:

Elijah Mitchell will be out with a knee injury for some time. Jeff Wilson will be the next man up for the 49ers. At $4,600, he is a phenomenal buy.

Rhamondre Stevenson- $4,500 at Pittsburgh:

The Patriots’ offense looked lost on Sunday. I would give Rhamondre Stevenson another look in a much better match-up against Pittsburgh.

Jaylen Warren- $4,000 vs. New England:

Najee Harris left the Bengals/Steelers game and did not return. We have seen reports that it’s not as bad as many thought. I would still be surprised if he doesn’t miss a week or two. If Najee is out, Jaylen Warren inherits an every-down role at $4,000!

Kenneth Walker III- $4,000 at San Francisco:

Do not forget about Kenneth Walker III. The beginning of his rookie season has not gone smoothly. Once he returns, Walker will inherit a considerable role for the Seahawks.

WIDE RECEIVERS:

Brandon Aiyuk- $5,000 vs. Seattle:

Scrap everything you saw from the 49ers/Bears on Sunday. Brandon Aiyuk has a substantial upside vs. Seattle.

Curtis Samuel- $5,000 and Jahan Dotson- $4,900 at Detroit

Curtis Samuel and Jahan Dotson are both in play as the Commander offense receives another terrific match-up at Detroit.

Sterling Shepard- $4,600 vs. Carolina:

Sterling Shepard was far more explosive than we thought he would be. Someone has to catch passes for the Giants.

Chris Olave- $4,500 vs. Tampa Bay:

Expect the Saints to be chasing the Buccaneers in this one. Chris Olave will be targeted a ton in the 2nd half as the Saints attempt a comeback.

Devin Duvernay- $4,400 vs. Miami:

We have been waiting to see who would inherit the field-stretching role vacated by Marquise Brown. It appears to be Devin Duvernay who scored two touchdowns on Sunday.

Noah Brown- $4,400 vs. Cincinnati:

Noah Brown appears to be the second receiver for the Cowboys. Backup quarterbacks throw to ‘their guy’ when they enter the game. With Dak Prescott out and Cooper Rush under center, perhaps Noah Brown can take off.

George Pickens- $4,300 vs. New England:

George Pickens is a terrific talent. It did not materialize for the rookie receiver in the opener. I am looking for a much more impressive second game against New England.

Breshad Perriman- $4,200 at New Orleans:

With Chris Godwin expected to miss several weeks with a groin injury, Breshad Perriman steps into a more significant role for the Buccaneers offense.

K.J. Hamler- $4,100 vs. Houston:

When K.J. Hamler is on the field, he is a blur. The Broncos will be big favorites against the Texans in Week #2. Bank on a few big plays by Hamler.

TIGHT ENDS:

Logan Thomas- $4,800 at Detroit:

Logan Thomas returned to an every-down role sooner than most expected. We know Carson Wentz has a history of throwing the ball to the TE position. Logan Thomas at $4,800 is a value.

Pat Freiermuth- $4,700 vs. New England:

I still don’t understand the price tag on Pat Freiermuth! He was very involved on Sunday and is a primary target around the goal line. Fire him up!
