What Is Jock MKT?

The simplest way to outline this is daily fantasy sports meets the stock market. You’ll purchase shares of players for varying amounts, depending on how much others are willing to pay for them during the IPO. Once the Live Trading starts, you can buy players that others want to sell or sell your players during the game. Once all of the games have ended, you will receive money based on how well your player performs compared to the field on the Jock MKT app for this week.

Top Player

Travis Kelce

Projected Rank: 3rd

Jock MKT Projection: 18.1 Fantasy Points

Kelce has to be considered the top option for me on Monday night, even as one of the most expensive players. Kelce has taken over as the full-alpha on this team without Tyreek Hill. He’s leading the team in both targets and Air Yards% and that’s increasingly valuable on an offense like Kansas City — one of the most pass-heavy teams in football. He’s also dominated this Raiders defense in his career. Kelce has topped 100+ receiving yards in three of his last four games against the Raiders. He also has two TD’s over that span, and has topped 90+ yards in the two games prior to those four. Kansas City are big home favorites here, with a near 30 point team total. He has arguably the highest ceiling on tonight’s slate.

Value Player

Noah Gray

Projected Rank: 18th

Jock MKT Projection: 2.95 Fantasy Points

My top value buy tonight is another tight end on the Kansas City Chiefs — this time Noah Gray. This is a boom/bust of a play as they come, but Gray could certainly find his way to the top of this game in terms of profit. Last weekend, he actually managed to find the end-zone on a rush attempt and stuff like that is always possible in this Andy Reid-led offense. He’s actually running a route over 30% of the time and that’s a higher rate than some of these players ranked above him. If he happens to fall into the end-zone tonight, he’s going to crush in terms of value and he’s worth scooping some shares of on Monday night.
