Welcome to another MLB DFS Game Theory for the 2021 Season! This year we have a good amount of overlap between the NBA & MLB season, so lots of money to be made. This article will highlight my top plays at each position, and in the analysis portion of the article, we will highlight my top pitchers and stacks for the day.
Pitching: As you can tell from the table above, do not fade Jacob DeGrom today if you are in CASH. He is a play in all formats for me and I will have 100% DeGoat on both sites tonight. He’s thousands more than the next pitcher on the slate and the only arm we can look at for at least 5 innings based on workload. He will be highly owned but I mean there isn’t a real pivot in this situation. I’m running with DeGrom in all formats.
Top Stacks:
Giants- Love the righties here again, Slater, Longoria, Solano are some that stand out to me. Longoria has been off to a nice start.
Astros- Astros get to face Jose Quintana who should be a back end starter for the Angels this season. I want to get the righties here in Tucker, Altuve and Bregman. Should be a solid stack that is a little bit on the pricier side though.
White Sox- I like this CWS stack today a lot as well, Tim Anderson should miss this game so Leury Garcia becomes terrific value if he leads off.
Cubs- Cubs righties let’s get it!! Bryant, Happ, and Contreras are my favorites here and their prices are not expensive. I also like the other side of this game in the Brewers. This is definitely a spot I want to look at when building lineups tonight.
