Baltimore Orioles

Alex Cobb (-115)

It’s difficult to trust the Baltimore Orioles, but they have scored 19 runs through the first two games of this series. They also get an elite matchup Ryan Borucki, who has posted a 3-3 record with a 4.12 ERA through 11 starts. More importantly, he is allowing right-handed batters to hit for a .290 average with a .428 slugging percentage and a .337 wOBA. This is important because the Orioles are expected to utilize eight right-handed batters in their lineup tonight. Alex Cobb will be taking the mound for Baltimore tonight. He has struggled for the most part this season, but he owns a 2-6 record with a 2.95 ERA over his last 10 starts. He has also allowed two or fewer earned runs in seven of his last eight starts. While I do not trust Cobb, I feel this game will be high scoring, and the Toronto Blue Jays could struggled to keep up with Baltimore’s offense in this matchup.

St. Louis Cardinals

Miles Mikolas (-165)

The St. Louis Cardinals won for us last night, and we’re going back to the well tonight. Miles Mikolas has been an elite pitcher at home this season, where he owns a 6-3 record with a 2.23 ERA through 13 starts. He has also allowed three or fewer earned runs in seven of his last nine starts. He also gets an elite matchup against the Pittsburgh Pirates, who are 1-4 over the last week, while averaging 4.4 runs per game. The Cardinals have been on fire recently, posting a 4-1 record, while averaging 5.6 runs per game over the same span. They get a matchup against Trevor Williams, who they have dominated through four starts. Overall, Williams has allowed 13 earned runs through 20 innings against St. Louis this season. He has also been a slightly worse pitcher on the road this season.

Bet 3 units on St. Louis -1.5 RL to win 4.1 units (+135)

New York Yankees

CC Sabathia (-275)

The New York Yankees have struggled a bit in this series, but they still feature an elite offense when playing at home. They also get a great matchup against Reynaldo Lopez, who owns a 1-4 record with a 6.26 ERA over his last 10 starts. He has also allowed four or more earned runs in five of his last eight starts. CC Sabathia, who has enjoyed plenty of success this season, will draw the start for New York. He has posted elite numbers in New York, recording a 5-1 record with a 2.44 ERA through 12 home starts. He has also allowed two or fewer earned runs in eight of his last 10 starts, including each of his last four home starts.

Bet 3 units on New York Yankees -1.5 RL to win 2.1 units (-140)
