Bales’ Premium PrizePicks – NBA Player Props 2/11

Welcome to Bales’ Premium PrizePicks – NBA Player Props 2/11! Below I will discuss my NBA favorite plays for tonight’s slate!

Power Play

Tomas Satoransky has seen plenty of ups and downs this season. He’s averaging 10.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 5.5 assists (24.8 fantasy points) in only 28.5 minutes per game over the last 10 days. Overall, he has scored 28+ fantasy points in 4 of his last 7 games. Satoransky gets an elite matchup against his former team – the Washington Wizards. They rank sixth in the NBA in pace and last in defensive rating. In two matchups, Satoransky scored 31.1 and 34.4 fantasy points in 27 and 34 minutes. He’s expected to see around 30 minutes tonight, and he’s a versatile player that will benefit from extra opportunities for peripheral stats because of the pace of this game. This total is a bit low for this particular matchup.

Hassan Whiteside continues to enjoy an outstanding season for the Portland Blazers. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 16.6 points, 15.8 rebounds, 3.4 blocks, and 1.0 steal (48.3 fantasy points) in 32.4 minutes per game. These numbers are a bit skewed by a 16 fantasy point performance in only 23 minutes against the Denver Nuggets. Whiteside gets a significantly better matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans tonight. They currently rank third in the NBA in pace and 23rd in defensive rating. Whiteside is likely to see minutes in the mid-30s, and he comes with elite upside. He boasts 20/20 potential, while possessing elite blocking upside. He should find plenty of success in a faster paced contest.

Play 1 unit on Tomas Satoransky OVER 28.0 fantasy points and Hassan Whiteside OVER 46.4 fantasy points to win 2.5 units (2.5x)
