Boston Celtics vs Golden State Warriors Prop Picks (PrizePicks)

We’re coming off of a loss on Friday night in Game 4 of the NBA Finals. We hit once again with Robert Williams’ points over. Draymond Green continues to struggle to score at all in the Finals, and we missed on the over on his points. He simply isn’t taking shots, although he is contributing in other ways. Overall, it’s a weird Finals for him. Regardless, we dropped the play on Friday, and we’re going right back to Game 5 tonight. In this article, you’ll find my favorite bet for the Boston Celtics vs Golden State Warriors.

2/2 Power Play – Boston Celtics vs Golden State Warriors

Robert Williams over 7 points

If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it, right? The SPF Predictor’s had Williams going over his points total in each of the last two games, and that’s the case again tonight.

Williams has scored 7+ points in 3 of the 4 games this series. He only failed when he played 14 minutes in the Game 2 blowout. Most importantly, he saw 31 minutes in Game 4 after finding 26 minutes in Game 3.

It’s clear that Williams is going to stick with solid minutes in the rotation, and if that’s the case, 7 points is too low of a total. He isn’t going to play a massive role in the offense, but he shoots an extremely high percentage from the field.

This should be the case once again, as he’ll likely see around 5 shot attempts. It’s a bit concerning that we only push at 7 points, but this is the best bet on the slate, according to the SPF Predictor.

Stephen Curry under 5 assists

Curry is in an interesting spot. He’s facilitating well for Golden State, but shooters aren’t making their shots. That isn’t shocking against Boston, who features one of the best defenses in the NBA.

On face value, Curry hasn’t posted more than 5 assists in any game in the Finals. He recorded 5 assists in the first game before posting 4, 2, and 4 in the next 3 games. The interesting part comes in with his potential assists.

Curry is averaging 9.5 potential assists per game this series. It’s second on the team behind only Draymond Green. With that being said, he’s averaging only 3.8 assists per game on those potential assists.

He’s seeing similar potential assists in every game, and the Boston defense is likely a massive reason why his percentage is so low. The SPF Predictor loves his under on this line, and he’s one of its top plays on the slate.
