Joey’s WNBA PrizePicks Palooza Friday May 31st

Welcome back Grinders to another addition of my PrizePicks Palooza article. We are switching it up today with no NBA it’s time to focus on WNBA.

I have already been dropping a bunch of plays in our DFSkarma discord, but those projections have changed too much for me to put them in the article.

We got Jewell Loyd under at 32 yesterday now she is at 28.

We got DeWanna Bonner over at 38 she is currently 40.

We lastly got Courtney Williams over at 26 she is currently at 27 and I still like it just not as much now.

Plays of the Day

Chiney Ogwumike OVER 24 fantasy points: Revenge!!! Chiney is playing her old team the Connecticut Suns tonight and you know I love me a good revenge narrative. In the first game as a Spark she finished with 15 fantasy points but on 1-10 shooting. That combined with the fact that the Spark are losing Maria Vadeeva who is going to play over seas in Russia for the next month. (Get her out of your fantasy lineups!!) This is huge news because last game she held an extremely high 40% usage rate. That is something we rarely ever seen in the NBA. That usage is going to get spread around nicely between the stars on the Spark and should lead Chiney to a nice over here.

Jordin Canada OVER 25.5 fantasy points: Canada is been a great play the past two games and I’m going to keep going to the well after a rough game 2 where she still almost went over 25. We got news that Whitcomb is our combine that with Sue Bird being out indefinitely that leaves only 3 guards in the backcourt for the Storm. Canada should be right back over that 30 minute mark and lead to an easy over here. While her backcourt partner Jewell Loyd is dealing with Hayes’ defense it’ll be left up to Canada to carry the load tonight.

Trap of the Day

Liz Cambage 21 fantasy points: Liz is one of the best players currently in the WNBA, but she is going to be on a minutes restriction tonight. She will not see more than 20 minutes as she plays her first game of the season. I’m actually very surprised they even have a prop for her.
