NBA DFS 2/14/23 | Injuries to Monitor

NBA DFS is widely popular among DFS players, but also one of the most time consuming to research. Players rest and sit-out daily, and this makes accurate minutes projections some of the most valuable information when building lineups. DFS Karma does the work for you in our Projections Portal — with minutes, fantasy points, value and more rates projected out nightly in an easy to read table. You can gain access to the projections by signing up for an NBA premium subscription here. This article will aim to identify some of the important injury situations to monitor throughout the day, and give you an idea of where to go if/when news breaks. Let’s get into Tuesday…

Players Listed As Questionable

Happy Monday family! The NBA all-star break is rapidly approaching now that we are through the Super Bowl. We will likely have a ton of injury spots each day until the ASB so get ready to be at your computer/phone prior and after lock this week! I’ll highlight the big names to watch and I’ll be around to answer any questions throughout the day in Discord. You can join the Discord for free here.

Kyle Kuzma

Kuzma missed last nights game, but we need to monitor for anyone else resting here on the second leg of a back-to-back. Deni Avdija will start in his absence again should be miss, with Porzingis and Beal getting nice bumps but I wouldn’t be shocked if one of those guys also miss here — things could definitely open up in Washington.

Jayson Tatum

Tatum is doubtful to play tonight with Jaylen Brown already out and some of their other front-court guys Q as well, so we could get some nice value from Boston tonight. All the starters get huge boosts with these guys out but Derrick White and Malcolm Brogdon would both be main targets.

Jerami Grant

Matisse Thybulle will start for him if he’s out, but we could see some other guys pop up with them being on a back-to-back.

Gary Trent + Precious Achiuwa

There’s a lot going on here with Toronto tonight, if Achiuwa is out then we would get getting a much heavier dose of Jakob Poeltl and some more minutes from Chris Boucher. If Trent is also out, then Banton would likely see some more minutes but we will need to wait and see on this situation later today. If both are out then expect some heavy interest in the Raptors.

Robert Williams + Grant Williams

Pretty much what I said above, if both of these guys are also out we are going to be playing 3+ Celtics in our builds tonight. Al Horford and Blake Griffin would get bumps with no Time Lord.
