NBA DFS 2/15/23 | Injuries to Monitor

NBA DFS is widely popular among DFS players, but also one of the most time consuming to research. Players rest and sit-out daily, and this makes accurate minutes projections some of the most valuable information when building lineups. DFS Karma does the work for you in our Projections Portal — with minutes, fantasy points, value and more rates projected out nightly in an easy to read table. You can gain access to the projections by signing up for an NBA premium subscription here. This article will aim to identify some of the important injury situations to monitor throughout the day, and give you an idea of where to go if/when news breaks. Let’s get into Wednesday…

Players Listed As Questionable

Happy Wednesday everyone! It’s the last big slate before the All-Star break, which means it’s a guarantee that thinks will get wild this afternoon. I’ll highlight the big names to watch and I’ll be around to answer any questions throughout the day in Discord. You can join the Discord for free here.

Boston Celtics

This is classic close to the ASB NBA and I won’t be able to give defined takes here until we approach lock…this is an absolute mess. Brown and Tatum are out again, Horford missed last night and Robert Williams came off the bench and played less than 15 minutes. I’m assuming Smart to also be out still — and then we have Derrick White, Robert Williams, Grant Williams and Al Horford likely questionable. There’s pretty much a guarantee we will be playing some Celtics tonight, but we won’t exactly know who until later on.

Joel Embiid

Once again, Embiid is listed as questionable which would make James Harden pretty much a must-play, and boost Montrezl Harrell as a top-overall value option.

LeBron James

I think it’s likely LeBron plays tonight, but maybe they just let him rest until after the break. If he’s out, Anthony Davis and D’Angelo Russell get bumps, Dennis Schroder will do some more scoring and Troy Brown gets more minutes.

Jamal Murray + Aaron Gordon

Both these guys have missed the last two games, if they’re both out once again the already massive ceiling from Jokic gets increased and Bruce Brown/Vlatko Cancar get boosts as well as the remaining starters.

CJ McCollum

Jose Alvarado would start in his place and be a strong value option, while Brandon Ingram would become one of the top-overall plays on the slate.

Myles Turner

Daniel Theis would likely start in his place again, with Isaiah Jackson seeing increased minutes off the bench as well.

John Collins

Saddiq Bey would likely start in his place once again, and my interest in DeAndre Hunter would increase also.
