NBA DFS – Spikes GPP Plays (11/7/21)

Happy Sunday to all! We have a nice seven game slate today. I personally really enjoy these smaller slates and have found more success in them. I am really interested in this IND vs SAC game with a total of well over 200. A lot can change from now until lock but here are some of my favorite tournament plays!

Point Guard

De’Aaron Fox is a player who hasn’t quite hit his ceiling game yet this year. That being said, I think tonight is the perfect night for that to happen.  The Pacers rank in the top 8 for FP allowed to guards this year. Fox has the ability to break the slate in any given game. Other players I am interested in are Malcolm Brogdon (if he plays), Dejounte Murray, and Reggie Jackson.

Shooting Guard

Bradley Beal has had a solid start to his season. He could very well go overlooked with the matchup not being great and other options available. He had more of a floor game against the Grizzlies which should keep others off of him. That being said, his upside is massive. Other plays I’m considering are Tyrese Halliburton, Collin Sexton, and Donovan Mitchell.

Small Forward

There are a few plays I really like at small forward today. The one that sticks out most is Buddy Hield. Last game he went 9-18 from the field with 17 of those shots being behind the arc (8-17). His shot has to be falling for this play to work as his peripherals aren’t great. He seems to be heating up, and I want multiple pieces from this game tonight. Other players I like are Paul George, RJ Barrett, and Jae’Sean Tate.

Power Forward

This might be a hot take, but Thaddeus Young is really popping for me tonight. His price tag has jumped up a bit at $5700. With that being said, I believe he can easily pay it off in a matchup against OKC. Coming off a big game, OKC boasts one of the worst defenses against power forwards. Although he might not start, I will definitely have a good amount of shares of him tonight. Other players I am interested in are Domantas Sabonis, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Moe Harkless.

Center

While you can use Thaddeus Young here as well, I prefer looking at Ivica Zubac. Coming off of a double-double performance, he gets a great matchup against CHA. His price tag only slightly increased to $4800, and he should be able to pay it off with ease. Others I am interested in are Myles Turner, Jarrett Allen, and Draymond Green.
