Hello everybody, and welcome back to another DFS Karma Game Theory article by yours truly! Today there are a couple things to monitor regarding injuries and COVID-19 protocols. Not a ton of news we’re waiting for tonight, we got most of the info we need. Let’s dive right into it-
Celtics- Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum and Robert Williams OUT. This will mean that Marcus Smart, Jaylen Brown and Tristan Thompson will be direct beneficiaries of their absences. Evan Fournier dealt with COVID 19 and just hasn’t been the same player since. However, he will have a good game soon… but when is the question. I think he’s still finding his role and getting back to his game shape. Payton Pritchard could see a little more usage as well, but check if he starts. Definitely get Brown and Smart in tonight.
Pacers- Sabonis and Turner are still out. I like Brogdon here again in a high usage role. Caris Levert is great as well and Brissett who I loved watching in the summer league and in Toronto is showing out as well but the price is definitely catching up here. I’m focusing on Brogdon here.
Mavericks- Luka, Porzingis, DFS, and Richardson are all QUESTIONABLE/DOUBTFUL. Kleber is also uncertain so the Mavs may be super short handed tonight. Trey Burke started the second half for Kleber and took a lot of Brunson’s minutes last night. Be on the lookout for him.
