JRueb’s MLB DFS Hitter Breakdown (4/13)

Welcome everyone to Rueb’s Hitter Breakdown! This season I will be going into detail about my favorite hitters on the main slate for each day. If you would like to pick up a Core plays subscription, you can do so here. Now is the time to sign up for our Core plays!

We are running a 25% off promo for a limited time, use promo code MLB2021.

Let’s get into it!

Stud:

Alex Bregman/Carlos Correa- We have a plethora of great arms on the hill tonight. I will be prioritizing Bregman and Correa tonight. Lefty Matt Boyd has a high fly ball rate, and these two guys in the middle of the Astros lineup historically hit left-handed pitching extremely well. I expect Bregman to be popular, but for good reason.

Value:

Jeimer Candelario- The Detroit stack is an interesting one today. I believe it’s the easiest way to get in the high-end pitchers today. I would like to have a Detroit stack in tournaments today. They only have a 4 TT, and that is reflected in their cheap price tags.

Stacks:

HOU: Altuve-Brantley-Bregman-Correa-Alverez

DET: Grossman-Castro-Candelario-Ramos-Mazara

LAD: Betts-Seager-Turner-Muncy

Bold Calls:

Double Dong: Bregman

1% Dong: Mazara

SB: Betts

4 hit game: Correa

10 run team: Astros
