NBA DFS 1/3/23 | Injuries to Monitor

NBA DFS is widely popular among DFS players, but also one of the most time consuming to research. Players rest and sit-out daily, and this makes accurate minutes projections some of the most valuable information when building lineups. DFS Karma does the work for you in our Projections Portal — with minutes, fantasy points, value and more rates projected out nightly in an easy to read table. You can gain access to the projections by signing up for an NBA premium subscription here. This article will aim to identify some of the important injury situations to monitor throughout the day, and give you an idea of where to go if/when news breaks. Let’s get into Tuesday night…

Already Ruled Out

We have a smaller three game slate with less injuries to monitor today. As always, guys can pop up later throughout the day and those situations will be discussed in Discord and in the Final Thoughts cheat sheet!

Khris Middleton

Pat Connaughton will start in his place, while Giannis and Jrue get nice boosts. Giannis is putting up 1.7 fantasy points per minute without Middleton this season.

Aleksej Pokusevski + Jeremiah Robinson-Earl

Jaylin Williams has started back to back games, with Mike Muscala backing him up.

Collin Sexton

Nothing crazy but Clarkson and Conley do get bumps and on a small slate that’s a a factor.

Questionable

Brad Beal

Beal went through shootaround today but is listed as a GTD. This will obviously be the news of the slate – if out Porzingis and Kuzma get huge bumps while Deni Avdija and Corey Kispert would see minutes boosts. Monte Morris gets a bump as well.

Kevin Huerter

Huerter and Malik Monk are both questionable – if out look for more minutes from Terence Davis and small rates increases across the starters.

Robert Williams

Not playing heavy minutes right now, but if out that would boost Horford up for me.

There are more players listed as Q to play tonight, but these are most of the bigger name ones (for now). I’ll always be in Discord to break down later injury news / any questions you have. You can get access to the Free channels by clicking here
