NBA DFS is widely popular among DFS players, but also one of the most time consuming to research. Players rest and sit-out daily, and this makes accurate minutes projections some of the most valuable information when building lineups. DFS Karma does the work for you in our Projections Portal — with minutes, fantasy points, value and more rates projected out nightly in an easy to read table. You can gain access to the projections by signing up for an NBA premium subscription here. This article will aim to identify some of the important injury situations to monitor throughout the day, and give you an idea of where to go if/when news breaks. Let’s get into Thursday!
Players Listed As Questionable
Happy Thursday! Very small slate tonight, with not a ton of news to watch. I’ll highlight the big names to watch and I’ll be around to answer any questions throughout the day in Discord. You can join the Discord for free here.
I’m assuming Embiid will be back tonight with the 76ers, though the Mavericks are listed as four point favorites here so maybe he sits out again. If he’s out, we will likely see Tyrese Maxey step into the starting lineup again with PJ Tucker at center. Maxey, James Harden and Tobias Harris would all be strong plays with DeAnthony Melton providing value on a small slate.
Embiid + Haliburton are the big names to watch tonight. If Haliburton is out, look for TJ McConnell and Andrew Nembhard to be popular DFS plays, while Buddy Hield and Benny Mathurin get boosts in their rates as well.
San Antonio Spurs
Tre Jones and Devin Vassell are IN. Keldon Johnson and Malaki Branham are questionable. Keldon is the big news here, look for Vassell and the other starters to come more into the DFS player pool should he get ruled out.
This is pretty much all for now – check my article this afternoon for any updates!
