NBA DFS 3/4/23 – Spike’s Building Blocks

What’s up everyone and welcome to Spike’s Building Blocks! If you’ve never read my content before, welcome. To those that have, welcome back. I truly appreciate everyone that reads and supports during NBA season. This article is designed for me to highlight the top plays of the day. Obviously, things can change rapidly in the NBA with injury news close to lock, so I would be sure to subscribe to our premium package for access to our Final Thoughts cheat sheet, our premium discord channel and my core plays. Our Core Plays product gives you the ability to tail all of our analysts in your contests each night. We do the work for you, and you simply plug and play with our premium Core Plays. With that being said, let’s hop into the plays…

Building Blocks

Joel Embiid

This should be a really fun game to watch as they’re two of the top teams in the east. Embiid should show up in big ways tonight as he goes up against Giannis and company in Milwaukee. The Bucks aren’t a great rebounding team and Embiid can also stretch the floor with ease. We have him projected for 56 fantasy points with a ceiling of nearly 73. We all kno his true ceiling is far above that if he is feeling it. This is my top overall spend up for today and this game should be VERY competitive!

Tari Eason

This is a game we should be targeting on both sides as both these teams give up a lot of points all around. Eason has seen his minutes increase in the last 3 games and for good reason.Tari has been averaging around 30 fanatsy points in that span. At a price tag of just 4.3k, it is easy to see why he is porjecting for 35% owership. the Spurs also give up around 27 PPG and 13 RPG to power forwards. If that doesn’t compell you then maybe the 2 blocks a game they let up will and in that 3 game span Eason has 7 blocks/steals

.Note: Still waiting on some injury news that has yet to drop so stay tuned in the discord channels to get updated on it!

Value Plays

Devontae Graham

The Spurs are once again short handed in ball handlers which makes Graham look like fantastic value.  On top of that the Rockets let up nearly 38 PPG to point guards along ith 9 APG and even 6 RPG.  This is a very good spot for him and he is only 4.5k on DK. He should be very popular but for good reason. Lock him in and move on to your next decison! For what it’s worth, Jeremy sochan is also a fantastic play.
